Case Studies

Selected results from Jonathan's SEO and AI SEO engagements with B2B SaaS and enterprise companies. Each result is from organic search, measured over the period shown in the accompanying chart. Client names are withheld under NDA.

Verification. Full detail for each engagement is available on request, including baselines, timelines, the attribution methodology used, analytics screenshots, and reference calls with comparable companies. Serious buyers are encouraged to ask before any engagement.

These results follow a consistent approach. Read the thinking behind them in Jonathan's thesis.

Project Management SaaS

Challenge. A category leader had been losing organic ground for years and needed to regain rankings on high-value commercial terms.

Approach. Jonathan ran cross-functional SEO tests to find scalable wins, then automated the repetitive work: brief reviews, internal linking, and keyword research. He aligned editorial strategy, technical improvements, and site architecture, and built targeted authority for the most competitive terms.

What the generic playbook would have done. Most agencies would have rebuilt the topical map from scratch and pushed thousands of new pages. The existing rankings would have continued to slide. The dilution math doesn't lie: adding pages to a site already losing equity makes the slide steeper, not shallower.

Results. Top 1 to 3 rankings grew from 4,000 to 40,000, a 10x increase that reversed a multi-year organic decline.

Loan Provider SaaS

Challenge. A fintech lender needed organic search to contribute meaningfully to revenue, not just traffic.

Approach. Jonathan automated landing-page optimization and keyword research, built a content plan tied to revenue intent rather than vanity metrics, and acted as SEO product owner through a site relaunch to protect existing rankings and capture upside. He strengthened authority signals for the highest-value money keywords.

What the generic playbook would have done. Most agencies would have left the existing pages alone and focused on new content. The existing pages were already ranking, they just weren't tied to revenue intent. Rewriting them was a higher-leverage move than launching new ones, because each revenue-aligned change compounded with the authority the pages already had.

Results. Organic traffic doubled and organic search drove a 7-figure revenue lift. Growth continued after the engagement ended.

RFP SaaS

Challenge. A SaaS platform had hit a ceiling on its highest-value keywords and could not break into the top positions.

Approach. Jonathan upgraded and optimized the highest-value pages first, improved internal linking and semantic relevance across the site, built a roadmap to capture bottom-funnel demand, and applied authority building selectively to break through.

What the generic playbook would have done. Most agencies would have done broad link building across the whole site. At this client's stage, that would have moved nothing. The blocker wasn't site-wide authority, it was per-page authority on the highest-value money pages. Surgical link building moved those pages. Spray-and-pray would have produced no needle movement.

Results. Organic search influenced more than $3M in qualified annual pipeline, with 30+ new Top 3 rankings on high-value keywords. Growth continued after the engagement.

Property Records SaaS

Challenge. The company needed to scale organic visibility across a large set of property-record queries and convert that traffic into subscriptions.

Approach. Jonathan optimized the high-intent pages tied to subscriptions, launched 3,000 programmatic SEO pages with AI-assisted production, ran conversion tests on the pricing page, and built authority to support indexation and ranking stability at scale.

What the generic playbook would have done. Most agencies would have launched the 3,000 programmatic pages without modeling crawl budget or indexation, and watched Google index half of them while killing the refresh rate on the existing money pages. The encoded move was to plan indexation control alongside the page production, so the new pages contributed to authority instead of fragmenting it.

Results. Organic traffic doubled, pricing-page views rose 1,000%, and monthly subscriptions doubled.
